Integration into the construction process while handling customer orders
as well as the development of a new generation of tramways. Elaboration
of selected constructions in the field of structural and interior works.
This welding equipment serves for the welding of a subassembly that
belongs to the clutch box of the new 2010 Doppelstock of Bombardier.
The challenging aspect of this task was the large area needing complex
weld joints that during the phase of construction demanded partial
elimination and achievement of the functional statical optimum. Thus all
bearing surfaces had to be hinged and turnable to guarantee access to
all joint parts. Also the shrinking caused by welding was to be taken into
consideration so that easy extraction of tools at any time was secured.
The construction of the mechanism took place on site allowing a very
practical and efficient method of operation since the latest CAD-data and
responsible contact persons were always available.
Collaboration for the development of complete machine cover panels for
metal processing machines. By continuous feed-back with the customer
the development according to his individual demands is achieved, precisely
matching the parameters of latest sheet-metal construction machines.
Collaboration for the development of storage containers (face side/ long
side) for the modular TRIUMPH storage facility “TRUESTORE”. Complete
integration into the present construction process, beginning with the
evaluation of results for the decision taking, elaboration of construction
draughts and bill of materials, preparation and supervision of the first
prototype testings, evaluation of the performance data and subsequent
optimisation of the construction.
Cooling Device - Equipment for Food Technology
Customer: Confidential
On demand of one of our customers we constructed this cooler for the
maturation of hams according to a design study. The cooler is a sheet
metal construction and rests on a solid pedestal made of folded sheet
metal. The challenge in this case was that the cooler in spite of its filigree
design was to match all functional demands of a cold storage device.
In addition, the customer demanded a large glass element for the
presentation of his goods.
This problem was solved by placing the entire
technology underneath the top and laying the inlet and outlet pipes
through the central stainless steel pipe. This steel pipe is also the
supportive structure of the entire construction that shows above the
work top of the counter. This ham cooler now is an “eye catcher” in the
sales room of an organic farm.
